Looking for Adoptive Parents

Shelley, or anyone, do you know any families that are waiting to adopt and meet this criteria? Trying to help a friend....

christian/active in their faith
couple must be AA or biracial
college/university educated
must be stable - job security -solid marriage (at least 5 years)
values extended family relationships
must be ok with openness
must be ok with unknown gender of baby
preferably have older child(ren) but not crucial
